Unless otherwise noted, all prices are listed and charged in US dollars.
Purchases are not confirmed until payment is received. If you require an invoice before submitting payment, select “pay via invoice” during the online purchase process; an invoice will automatically be sent to you via email. Invoices can be paid via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions are included on the invoice and can also be found in full here.
All conference and symposium participants, including session chairs, invited speakers, organizers, exhibitors, and presenters, are required to register for the event at the posted rates. IAIA does not have funds available to pay registration and/or travel expenses for event participants.
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all IAIA events; cash payments and on-site registrations are not accepted. Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been received. When available, the Early Bird rate requires full payment by the posted Early Bird deadline.
If you must cancel your event participation, registration fees can be refunded with a written request received before the final registration deadline. A processing fee of 25%, not to exceed US$125, will be retained for cancellation of any events and side events.
Refunds are typically processed after the event, and the refunded amount may differ depending on exchange rates. After the final registration deadline, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows. However, substitutions may be made without financial penalty.
Payment by the posted registration deadline is required to participate in an IAIA training course. Registration is confirmed only once payment is received. If sending a wire transfer, your wire must be received before the posted deadline.
IAIA will refund course registration fees upon written request received before the posted registration deadline; a US$125 processing fee will be retained. The refunded amount may differ depending on exchange rates.
After the registration deadline, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or lack of participation. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made in writing without financial penalty.
Invoices for new memberships are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If payment is not made within 30 days, the order and invoice will be canceled.
Annual membership renewals are processed automatically 60 days in advance of the expiration date. This process automatically generates an invoice and extends the expiration date by 12 months. If the invoice is not paid within 90 days from the invoice issue date (30 days after the original membership expiration date), the invoice will be cancelled and the expiration date will be rolled back to the original date.
Annual membership dues are not eligible for refunds.
