Description
The MSc course is designed on a modular basis of 180 credits; 100 gained from taught course units and 80 from the dissertation. The core taught component of the course comprises 5 compulsory units in EIA, Auditing and Risk Management: With a further 40 credits to be undertaken from a range of subjects including waste management, GIS, and ecological economics. Approximately two thirds of the time is devoted to the taught component and the remainder to the research project. This may be a desk study or a practical placement based project with a company, local authority, or other organization. The course as a whole provides both vocational and academic training in the field of EIA, auditing, and environmental management systems. The cost of the course is 3010 pounds (UK) for EU Nationals and 10600 pounds (UK) for non-EU Nationals.
